Refund and Returns Policy

At TNRS, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Since we source our products globally to offer you the best variety and prices, please review our return and refund guidelines below:


1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or completely different from what you ordered (such as an incorrect size or color that affects its use), you have a period of 30 calendar days from the delivery date recorded by the carrier to notify us.

  • Severe Damage or Wrong Item: We will process a full refund or send a free replacement without any extra charges.
  • Partial Damage: If the product has minor cosmetic flaws but is still usable, we can agree on a partial refund or a replacement.
  • Claim Requirements: To process your request, you must email our support team with:
    1. Your order number.
    2. Clear photos or a short video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received.
  • Note: Minor flaws like loose threads, slight wrinkles from packaging, or minor cosmetic scratches on the box do not qualify for a refund. We do not refund damaged outer packaging boxes caused by long-distance international transit.

2. Undelivered or Delayed Packages

We track every shipment daily. An order is considered lost or delayed under the following shipping time frames, starting from its departure from our international fulfillment centers:

  • Shipments to the United States (USA): If more than 45 calendar days pass without delivery confirmation or a tracking update.
  • Shipments to the Rest of the World: If more than 60 calendar days pass without a tracking update.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, transit strikes, strict customs inspections, or international security situations.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios (No Refunds)

To keep our prices competitive, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or cancellations in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind or no longer want the product.
  • Sizing or Style Errors: Refunds are not issued if you ordered the wrong size, color, or style. We highly recommend reviewing our sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address details provided during checkout.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a carrier attempts delivery and cannot find anyone, the package is usually held at your local post office for 3 to 7 days. If you do not collect it in time, it may be destroyed or abandoned by the carrier. We cannot issue refunds for uncollected packages.

4. Our Return Process (No Return Shipping Required)

Because our fulfillment centers are located internationally, shipping items back to our warehouses can be extremely expensive and inconvenient for our customers.

To make things easier for you, if your claim is approved (for damaged or incorrect items), we do not require you to ship the physical product back. Once we verify your photo/video proof, we will process your full refund or send a brand-new replacement directly to you, free of charge.

Please describe the issue in detail and attach your photo/video proof. Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours with a solution.
