1. Dynamic Inventory and Product Availability
At TNRS, we operate under an international direct distribution model with a shared real-time inventory.
- Stock Outages: Due to high demand and the constant movement of our global inventory, an item may appear as available at the time of purchase but experience a stock outage at the fulfillment warehouse before the shipment can be processed.
- Resolution: If a purchased product is unavailable, we will contact you within a maximum of 48 business hours to offer an alternative of a similar design, store credit, or an immediate and full refund of your money.
2. Processing and Shipping Times
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, all orders go through a strict preparation and quality control stage before leaving our warehouses:
- Processing Time: Orders take between 1 and 3 business days to be validated, packed, and shipped from our international warehouses. If an item requires customization or technical testing, this period may be extended up to 5 business days.
- Tracking Activation: The tracking number for your package will be sent automatically to your email once the order is shipped. Please keep in mind that international postal systems can take between 3 and 5 business days to update and display the first movements of your package online.
3. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Our order systems are automated and connect directly with our global distribution centers to ensure shipments are dispatched as quickly as possible.
- Cancellation Window: Due to this automation, we only accept cancellations, address changes, or modifications to sizes and colors within the 2 hours following the placement of the order.
- Orders in Transit: Once this 2-hour window has passed, or if the order has already been transferred to the warehouse packing queue, no changes or cancellations can be made. In this case, the customer must wait to receive the item to process a claim under our Refund and Return Policy.
4. Import Taxes, Customs, and Logistics
When making a purchase at TNRS, the customer legally acts as the importer of record for the product.
- Local Customs: Since shipments are dispatched internationally directly to the buyer’s address, the vast majority of packages pass smoothly through simplified customs channels. However, in the event that your country’s customs office detains the package for inspection or determines the collection of import duties, VAT, or local postal management fees, such costs shall be strictly borne by the buyer.
- Customs Management: It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor notifications from their local postal service and provide any basic identification documents required by their local customs office to release the package.
5. Accuracy of Images, Dimensions, and Packaging
Our products are manufactured under global export standards. However, you should keep in mind that:
- Tones and Colors: The actual colors of the product may vary slightly from the catalog images due to studio lighting during photography and the color calibration of your computer or phone screen.
- Sizing Tolerances: For clothing or items with variable dimensions, there is an acceptable margin of tolerance of 1 to 3 cm due to manual sewing and manufacturing processes.
- Manufacturer Updates: Manufacturers may make minor improvements or changes to the product design, labels, or packaging without prior notice, always maintaining or improving the technical specifications of the original item.
6. Secure Transactions and Billing
- Secure Payment Gateway: All payments made on TNRS are processed through encrypted payment gateways with SSL technology, guaranteeing the total security and confidentiality of your banking data.
- Billing Currency: All our transactions are billed in United States Dollars (USD). If your local bank operates in another currency, the conversion will be carried out automatically applying the official exchange rate of your bank at the time of payment.
